The technique is based on the discovery that a shift in the state of consciousness occurs during the process of eating, and then a person overcomes it quite easily. What follows is a permanent weight loss.
The important point is to give up dieting and resisting eating. The same goes for using will power – don’t rely on it, as its level of energy is at the bottom of the level of consciousness (LOC) scale at 125, and means overcoming resistance. Instead, use willingness, a positive and powerful energy at level 310. How does it work in practice?
Whenever you feel hungry, don’t resist the feeling. Ask for more of the feeling, and immerse yourself in it. Don’t label the sensation you’re experiencing as a “hunger” or “craving” or anything else. When you experience the desire to eat “because it is the dinner time” have the willingness to experience the oncoming feelings, without actually acting on them; which means experiencing the sensations without satisfying them right away.
To even further weaken your eating habits try eating when you’re not hungry, and outside of your usual meal times. This will result in you becoming reprogrammed. You’ll let go of resisting and to disappear appetite and hunger. Then, your world is free of the eating cycle – you have transcended it.
